Role Overview:
Lead solar rooftop sales in Uttar Pradesh, drive market expansion, boost brand visibility, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the UP solar market, identify opportunities, and generate leads.
- Execute marketing strategies and enhance brand presence.
- Drive B2B & B2C sales, convert leads, and manage client relationships.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a sales team.
- Utilize MIS for sales tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with UP’s solar regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience: Solar sales, market development, and MIS.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, and sales expertise.
- Technical: Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and installation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferred).
