Construction and Installation:
The site preparation process begins with clearing vegetation, leveling the ground, and constructing access roads to facilitate equipment and material transport. Robust foundations and mounting structures are installed to ensure stability and securely hold the solar panels. Electrical installations involve cable trenching to connect panels to inverters and transformers, which convert DC to AC power and step up voltage for grid connection. The solar farm is then connected to the local grid, including substations and transmission lines. Advanced SCADA systems are implemented for real-time monitoring, control, and data collection.
Testing and commissioning involve thorough electrical and performance tests to ensure the system meets expected metrics under various conditions, followed by operational tests to officially connect the solar farm to the grid.
